The First Conversation

It starts with a quick conversation. Once you inquire, we’ll connect to hear about your wedding, what you’ve planned so far, and where you could use support. From there, we’ll recommend the experience that best fits your celebration.

Becoming a PETAL & PALM COUPLE

Once you’ve found the right fit, your signed contract and retainer officially reserve your date. Within 24 hours, you’ll receive access to your private client portal with everything you need for the planning ahead.

PREPARATION & Guidance

This is where the details come together. Depending on your service, we’ll guide the planning, connect with your vendor team, build timelines, walk the venue, and make sure nothing gets overlooked.

When the wedding day arrives, your only job is to be present. We’ll take it from here, managing the details, vendors, timing, and everything happening behind the scenes.
